Also convert from DOS to Unix format

Return value has not been set in the callback function,
making it random by compiler decision. This is hard to find
as it affected only 32-bit x86 platform.

- save sorting state + column width
- simple cipher saved passwords
- use hash keys for each item when saving - allow duplicate entries
